Our customers are our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, then our team will be here to support you getting the issue fixed.

We have a 30-day return policy on all our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mimounarugs.com. We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping costs for returning the product to us are not reimbursed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelations and returns

If we have accepted an order from you, and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within 24 hours of reception of the order confirmation. If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods. Please note that the return shipping charges will be under the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is imperative that you notify us within 14 working days of receipt of goods if they are faulty. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse full order amount.

Exchanges (When Applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
